Terms
These terms govern access to and use of the StrykePoint website, workspace application, and related services provided by RETIEB Labs. StrykePoint is currently offered as a private beta; these terms reflect that stage and will be superseded by the finalized RETIEB Trust Framework prior to general availability.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using StrykePoint, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
2. Beta status
The service is provided during private beta for evaluation and early use. Features, capacity, pricing, and availability may change without notice. StrykePoint may add, modify, or remove functionality at its discretion during this period.
3. Accounts and workspaces
A StrykePoint workspace is an isolated operating environment for a single company or brand. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, the actions taken within your workspace, and ensuring authorized use by members you invite.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, circumventing access controls, reverse engineering non-public components, or using the service to violate applicable law or the rights of others. Outbound communications sent through StrykePoint must comply with all applicable anti-spam, marketing, privacy, and telecommunications regulations in the jurisdictions where recipients are located.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you submit or generate within your workspace. You grant StrykePoint the limited rights required to host, process, and operate the service, including for security, support, and product improvement.
6. Third-party services
Certain features rely on third-party services that a customer chooses to connect. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. StrykePoint is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
7. Fees
Paid plans, if any, are described on the pricing page or in a separate order. Beta access may be provided without charge; StrykePoint reserves the right to introduce or adjust fees prior to general availability.
8. Confidentiality and feedback
Non-public information about the service is confidential. Feedback you provide about the service may be used by StrykePoint to improve the product without obligation to you, provided it is used in a form that does not identify you or your organization.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during private beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrykePoint and RETIEB Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service during private beta.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. StrykePoint may suspend or terminate access for any reason during private beta, including violations of these terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product and legal framework evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the StrykePoint website.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to StrykePoint via the contact page. StrykePoint is operated by RETIEB Labs.
