Privacy
This notice describes how StrykePoint, a product of RETIEB Labs, handles information collected through the StrykePoint website, workspace application, and related services. StrykePoint is currently in private beta; the practices below reflect that stage and will be superseded by the finalized RETIEB Trust Framework prior to general availability.
1. Scope
This notice applies to visitors of the StrykePoint marketing site, individuals who request access or contact sales, and users invited into a StrykePoint workspace. It does not govern third-party services that a customer independently connects to their workspace, which remain subject to those providers' own terms and privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, and the content of inquiries or workspace activity — and a limited set of technical information generated automatically, including device, browser, and usage signals required to operate the service securely.
Workspaces may contain business contact information (for example, publicly available company and professional-contact records) that customers import, generate, or enrich through StrykePoint features. Customers are responsible for the lawful basis of that processing within their own jurisdiction.
3. How we use information
Information is used to operate and secure the service, respond to sales and support inquiries, deliver requested features, improve product quality, and meet legal or contractual obligations. StrykePoint does not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information with vetted service providers that host, secure, or operate the platform on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. A current list of subprocessors will be published as part of the RETIEB Trust Framework.
5. Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace data is retained according to the customer's configuration and deletion requests.
6. Security
StrykePoint applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a private-beta product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; customers are encouraged to apply least-privilege access controls within their workspace.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by contacting us through the channel below. Additional rights may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be honored as required by law.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as the product and legal framework evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the StrykePoint website.
9. Contact
Questions about this notice can be directed to StrykePoint via the contact page. StrykePoint is operated by RETIEB Labs.
